The DDM Administration (Basic) course covers the following topics:

• User Groups, Business Units and Access Control Lists (ACLs)
• Item attributes
• System configuration settings including email server settings, configuring auto-numbering and security
• Maintenance tools including removing/purging items, archiving and database exports

• CAD Parameter Mapping

The purpose of this training manual is to help you understand and make effective use of DesignDataManager within your design office. The DDM Administration Advanced Training Course builds on the training provided in the Basic course, introducing more advanced use of Project Folders and Workflow.
